Ian Moore - Founder and Director of Operations

Rich Mears - Ambassadors in Sports Haiti
Rich Mears serves as the Haiti Director of Ambassadors in Sports
Haiti Mission. He is a full time Crosswalk missionary assigned to
Port Au Prince and on "loan" to AIS. AACH has been fortunate to be
able to partner with Rich and AIS to stage our Independence Day
Leadership TREC as well as other projects in the near future.
Daniel Jean-Louis - AACH General Manager
Daniel has been a part of AACH since it's founding and he was in
his junior year at Liberty University. He has since graduated from
with a BS in Business Administration and now coordinates the day
to day operations of the organization along with his teaching duties
at Haiti Polytechnic Institute and host of "Economics Watch" on
Haiti's leading television station.
Georges Edeline - Director of Soccer Operations
Georges Edeline is a Haitian expatriate with over 40 years
experience as a soccer player, coach and administrator. He was
captain and MVP of his George Washington University team and,
following graduation, coached the team for ten years. Georges is a
member of the GWU Hall of Fame. He has an MA in Education and
has conducted soccer programs in the Atlanta area for the last 25
years. Georges comes to AACH with a fully developed vision of
youth soccer and years of direct experience in the industry. His input
and guidance will ensure we continue to grow as Haiti's premier
youth soccer network and his faith and character are an example to
us all.
Rodney Suddith - Sports Outreach Institute Liaison
Rodney Suddith is the Executive Director of Sports Outreach
Institute, headquartered in Lynchburg, VA. He holds a B.A. in
Economics and History from The College of William and Mary, a
M.Ed. from the University of Virginia; M.A. in Christian Education.
Rodney has also worked with Young Life, was an award-winning
teacher and coach and served for 18 years as Director of Christian
Education at Rivermont Evangelical Presbyterian Church in
Lynchburg, VA.
Sports Outreach Institute is a primary contributor to AACH efforts
and Rodney serves as the liaison between the AACH Board of
Directors and the administration and board of SOI.

Gedeon Augustin - Director of Christian Education
Gedeon was the youth director who was assigned the duties to
bring the very first group of kids to our very first event in Port au
Prince. He serves as a middle school, teacher and youth pastor,
and seminary student at Haiti’s prestigious STEP Seminary and
has written our bible school curriculum and recruited qualified
pastoral candidates to implement it at the far reaches of Haiti.
Ian was born in Lynchburg, Virginia and holds a B.A. in Middle
School Education from Lynchburg College and an Advanced
Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association
of America as well as an “E” Certificate from the US Soccer
Federation. He is presently the Science Department Chairman at
Paul Laurence Dunbar Middle School for Innovation in Lynchburg,
VA where he primarily teaches 7th grade Physical Science and
coaches soccer and football. Ian has served on the Board of
Directors of Lynchburg United Soccer as Director of Inner City
Soccer and as an Elder on the Session of Northminster
Presbyterian Church.
He and his wife Deborah have six children including his daughter-in-
law: Noelle, Catherine, Maggie, Ian II, Karin, and Jackson, and one
grand daughter, London.
Ricardo is the Brine NAIA All American forward out of Lee University
in Cleveland, Tennessee where he will graduate in May with a BS in
Business Administration. He is from Leogone, Haiti, just south of
Port au Prince, where his family still lives. He was picked 22 over all
in the 2008 MLS Super Draft by the Columbus Crew and along with
his responsibility to the Crew, Ricardo is an integral part of the
Haitian National Team’s “Back to Africa—2010” World Cup bid.
Having Ricardo as part of our organization is a great blessing and
we hope to have a long and prosperous relationship as our faith
and ministry grows.

Opal Golden - Co-Founder and Assistant Director of Operations
Opal serves as Athletic Director and Physical Education teacher at
Eernie Davis Middle School in Elmira. She played Division 1 soccer
at Liberty University where she earned a her BA in Health and
Physical Education. After graduating from LU she taught and
coached in the Lynchburg City Schools. After five very successful
years in Lynchburg home was calling and she returned to New York
where she has continued to coach high school and club soccer with
Soaring Capitol Soccer Club. She hold an “E” coaching certificate
from the US Soccer Federation and has recently completed her
Masters Degree in Physical Education and Heath Promotion at the
University of California.
